Ingredients:
- 8 chicken pieces (legs/thighs)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, and pepper for 2 hours or overnight.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour mix; shake off excess.
- Heat oil to 350°F in deep skillet.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and internal temp hits 165°F.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
