Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 condensed milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 dashes of nutmeg…(trust and believe, this makes the cobbler a cobbler)
- 1 cup butter (but don’t be stingy, add more if you like, I do)
Directions:
- Melt butter in baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder.
- Pour batter over butter; add peaches.
- Bake 45 min at 375°F.
Now you can make it a drunken cobbler by adding some Crown Royal to that bad boy in step 2…I add about 1/2 cup to 1 cup depending on how thick your batter is and how much you want to drink…holla!!!
