Ingredients:
- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- Season fillets with salt and pepper. (for an absolutely wow factor, spread yellow mustard over fillets)
- Mix cornmeal, flour, and paprika.
- Coat fish and fry in 350°F oil for 5–6 min per side.
- Drain and serve with lemon or hot sauce.
