Fried Catfish

Ingredients:

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper. (for an absolutely wow factor, spread yellow mustard over fillets)
  2. Mix cornmeal, flour, and paprika.
  3. Coat fish and fry in 350°F oil for 5–6 min per side.
  4. Drain and serve with lemon or hot sauce.
