Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 2 hrs
Total Time: 2 hrs 15 min
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 racks baby back ribs (pork) , but you can use beef.
- BBQ sauce
- Dry rub (smoke paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, pepper)
Directions:
- Marinate ribs in liquid smoke over night.
- Rub ribs and wrap in foil.
- Bake 2 hrs at 300°F.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and broil 5 min.
Better yet if you want to grill, prepare with dry rub (substitute garlic powder and brown sugar with greek seasoning) and slowly pour the liquid smoke to marinate for a week and freeze. As they freeze, the juices gets drawn into the meat, #1 flavoring, then as you thaw, this is #2 flavoring the meat again and tenderizing it. This creates the best tasting ribs that needs no sauce, that’s when you know it’s FIRE!!!
