Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cups of gouda cheese
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Make roux with butter and flour; whisk in milk.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Combine with pasta; pour into dish.
  5. Bake 25–30 min at 375°F.
