Ingredients:
- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 2 sausage links or crumbled, or Bacon
- Butter, cheese
Directions:
- Cook grits; stir in butter and cheese.
- Fry sausage/bacon and eggs.
- Layer in bowl and serve hot.
Optional, because it’s just the way I grew up, I add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk to my grits…I like it sweet…delish!!!
