Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (bake those potatoes now to seal in that flavor)
- 1 cup sugar1
- cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of condense milk (you will thank me later)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 dashes of nutmeg
- 1 pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Pour into crust; bake 55 min until set.
I always taste my batter to make sure it has the flavors I’m aiming for, but because there is raw eggs in it, I don’t swallow it and I rinse my mouth out, but you do what you are comfortable with.
