Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grits
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cook grits until creamy; stir in butter.
  2. Sauté garlic and shrimp with seasoning.
  3. Serve shrimp over grits.
