Ingredients:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 3 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cups of gouda cheese
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt, pepper
Directions:
- Boil pasta until al dente.
- Make roux with butter and flour; whisk in milk.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Combine with pasta; pour into dish.
- Bake 25–30 min at 375°F.
