Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Directions:

  1. Season and dredge chops in flour.
  2. Brown both sides in skillet; remove.
  3. Sauté onion, then whisk in leftover flour to make roux.
  4. Add broth and milk; stir until thick.
  5. Return chops to pan; cover and simmer 30 min.
