Ingredients:
- 2 lbs collard greens, washed and chopped
- 1 smoked turkey leg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in a little oil.
- Add smoked turkey and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Add collard greens, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 1–1.25 hours until greens are tender.
- Remove turkey, shred meat, and stir back in.
